I used to sell a clothing line (WorthWear) and every season I would display shoes (which I would conveniently order in my size) that I felt worked best with that collection. I quickly found that I was a lot better at styling/merchandising the collections than selling them and, sadly, gave that venture up a few months ago.

Anyhoo…I ordered in these adorable retro-inspired pumps in the spring of 2008. I obsessed about them long after they went back to Zappos and was able to score them for 1/2 off in early January 2009 (my wait-and-see list at work once again!). They are very, very sweet with a skirt or dress—almost too sweet for me, so I like to wear them best with wide-legged trousers, a silk cami, and a vintage jacket.
