Me: Can I put your salsa recipe on the blog?
Hubby: Sure.
Hubby: 4 large tomatoes
1 large onion, chopped
1 T. olive oil
1 hot pepper (chef’s choice), chopped
Salt
Pepper
Hubby: And a shitload of fresh parsley (I say shitload only to emphasize that it’s what I think makes the salsa great).
Hubby: Also, make sure the tomatoes are chunked. Not pureed. I cut them by hand carefully.
Hubby: Oh, drain the tomatoes' juice before you put them in the bowl.
Me, to you: Enjoy!
