Blue Monday: Jacket/Scarf

What would you call that awesome deconstructed jacket she's wearing as a scarf? A jarf? A scacket?

I think I'll just call is pure genius and start scouring my local thrift stores for some ratty faux-Chanel to make a copy-cat version!
